I just happened to realized it at the very last done. G O D
Although I've found hair reference and wanted to give it a try but it's late now in my country, time to sleep! LOL
I'm itching to draw genderbend of Weiss ._.
I love bolero design but why is it so not my taste for men? D:
So I did a research about gorgeous fashion for men (Weiss is gorgeous LOL). But then I remembered! I've been playing AION like 3 years now! And their fashion is quite satisfying LOL. So I took 2 of their crucible cloth (if you can guess it then you're a player too ;D)
Have a tasty Weiss! LOL . Oh I tried another style to draw ._.

I will be completely honest with you . . . when I first saw this, I did not think Toshiro. All I was thinking, "This is an interesting take on a genderbend Weiss." Then I read the info, then I saw Toshiro, and . . . almost ruined the moment . . . other than that, great job!
The eyes hold lots of intensity, which I think is fitting since RWBY have always this thing for eyes whether special or not. The blue a bit too much, in my opinion, since I (and may for some others) tend to go for more ice blue because . . . ice queen, or in this case, ice king. Nonetheless, the eyes bring out the scar more.
Also, the hair works (especially when I pretend it does not look like Toshiro's hair) due to the fact that Weiss' hair is to represent her more rebellious side against her family. The new hair style that you did for your genderbend kind of reflected it, but at the same time I felt it was tamed. Not too tamed, but not enough wildness/mess to the hair. Male Weiss with spiky hair would definitely put Papa Schnee (unless in your world of this genderbend Weiss, Jacques (or everyone else besides Team RWBY) is also a genderbend so . . . Mama Schnee) in a fit. Then again, the clothes kind of also show off the rebellious side too.
The added sash is a nice touch.
